One of our own photos with background info:

This is a black and white photo, taken early last century with a flash in near darkness. It is said to be a materialised figure emerging from a curtained corner, during a physical séance attended by the late Scottish medium, Albert Best, who assured me that the figure did not resemble the medium behind the curtain. The photo does have scratches on it, but it has not been computer enhanced. Close scrutiny of the spirit figure is interesting. If you wish to use the photo elsewhere, please tell me where and acknowledge this site as your source.

This is a first draft of a diagram showing my own impression of what are the most important aspects of the paranormal and how they are linked. I hope that it will prompt requests for improvements, because in
