Cases referred to the SSPR vary greatly and come from many different sources. Record-keeping places a high value on confidentiality, even within the Council and investigators of the Society, who may be consulted. We can learn from each other's current cases, but not in a way that anyone can be identified, now nor in the future. The geographical spread of cases reflects the conurbations in Central Scotland, but we have been involved in some cases in England and abroad that do not require site visits.
